Chasing Payment Requests in Coacha

Coacha allows you to chase outstanding requests for payments to be authorised in just a few clicks. You can set up your club to automatically chase payments, or you chase individuals for their outstanding amount. 

Automatic Payment Request Chasing

To set automatic payment request chasing head to :

DASHBOARD > CLUB SETTINGS >Then head to 'Notifications Tab'

At the bottom of this section, you will see the option to enable automatic payment chasing. 

You can set how often your reminder for payment is sent out easily here. All outstanding payments will be sent a reminder on this schedule. 

Chasing individual payment requests 

You can also manually chase individual payment requests in just a few clicks. You can do this from the money section or from the members profile. Simply click the 'Chase Payment'.

Either search for the members name in the money dashboard, or go to the members profile. Then simply hit the 'Chase Payment' button. This will send a payment request reminder email to the member asking them to pay. You will also be able to see when they were last chased.
