Money Dashboard Explained

*Please note - Even though the finances in this section are displayed in GBP(£), the user guide applies to the EU & USA also.*

One of our most useful features within Coacha is the Money Dashboard. This is one area of Coacha where you can view any member’s transaction history. This is how the Money Dashboard works.

The Money Dashboard is a log of all financial actions made between yourself and your members/parents. Every time a transaction is updated, the log will be updated to reflect the change.

You can filter payments in the Money Dashboard by using the search bar:

Here you can also void incorrect payments & view/print receipts.

 

Another point worth adding, is that the ‘Requested’ log will always show as £0. This is to ensure that this log does not skew your figures whilst it has not been paid.

You can switch between the tabs to show all payments, subscriptions, one-off payments & cash payments.

Payment status colours show as follows:

Green: Paid

Blue: Setup

Grey: Not setup

Orange: Failed
