The Money Dashboard in Coacha provides an overview of your club’s financial activity, helping you track income, monitor payments, and stay in control of your finances.
This guide explains what you can see on the dashboard and how to use it effectively.
Please note - Even though the finances in this section are displayed in GBP(£), the user guide applies to the EU & USA also.
Accessing the Money Dashboard
To view your financial overview, navigate to the Money section from the left hand navigator and select the dashboard.
Here you will find a summary of key financial information in one place.
What the dashboard shows
The Money Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your club’s finances, including payments received, outstanding balances, and overall income.
This allows you to quickly understand how your club is performing without needing to review individual transactions.
Quick access buttons:
The quick access buttons allow you to navigate directly to key areas of your club’s finances.
Each button provides a shortcut to a specific section, helping you manage payments, view financial data, and take action more efficiently.
Subscriptions: Takes you to the subscriptions page, where you can create and manage recurring payment plans for your members.
One-off payment: Allows you to set up and take a single payment from a member.
Record cash or bank transfer: Enables you to log a manual payment that has been made outside of Coacha.
Export finances: Allows you to view and export your club’s financial data.
Quick Add Payment
Coacha's Money Dashboard also allow you to quick add ands record your manual payments, all you need to do is find your member and enter in the payment details before hitting save!
This transaction will then appear in your payment records as well as the member's profile
Your Payment History:
You can filter payments in the Money Dashboard by using the search bar:
Mistakes happen and things may change, so Coacha allows you to also void incorrect payments & view/print receipts. Find the transactions/member using the filter and update as needed.
Payment status':
- Requested
- Subscription set up
- Paid
- Failed Payment (reattempting)
- Failed Payment
- Refunded
It is important to note that the ‘Requested’ log will always show as £0. This is to ensure that this log does not skew your figures whilst it has not been paid.
You can switch between the tabs to show all payments, subscriptions, one-off payments & cash payments.
