There are 3 ways to view a payment within Coacha.
- The Money Dashboard
Navigate to Money through the main navigation menu.
You’ll then be looking at the Money Dashboard where you can view any payment made into your club. You can view it as a whole, or filter by member, status, amount or type of payment, using the ‘Search for Payment’ feature.
- Member Profile
Navigate to People > Your Members through the main navigation.
Find the member you’re looking for via the list/search option and click ‘View profile’.
Navigate to the ‘Payments’ tab where you’ll be able to see their transaction history and what’s outstanding.
- The Member Portal
Members will be able to view their payment history and outstanding transactions via the Member Portal. See Member Portal Guide for instructions on how to navigate through this area.
