You can now set up an automation that will allow you to group your club by age. This feature is part of our innovative member groups feature and makes grouping your club by age as simply as possible. This article shows you how to apply this new feature to your club.
STEP 1 - How to find this feature.
Log in as administrator / owner then go to People > Member Groups.
You will now see a new tab which will allow you to create member groups by age-range.
Select this tab:
STEP 2 - Creating an age member group.
Use the "Create a new age member group" panel to create your new member groups.
1) Select the from and to ages for this member group. NOTE: the 'To' Group will be inclusive of the age you select - so if you select 17 as the 'to' age, all those in the 17 age group will be included.
2) Name the group. This could be named something like 'under 18's', Juniors, Tinys, Masters, Seniors, etc
3) Hit Create this group.
STEP 4 - Viewing your new member group & any members automatically added.
Once created you can click view members to see the members that have been added to this member group.
You're all finished!
You can now use your new member groups to send broadcasts, add specific age groups to classes, filter your member list and much more.
