Coacha allows you to request additional information from your members or parents quickly and easily. This is useful if you need to collect missing details, update records, or gather specific information without having to contact each member individually.
How to send a request to an Individual
Navigate to People > Your Members and select 'View profile' under the member that needs to be updated
Important: Members or parents will need access to the Member Portal to complete the information request. Please ensure login details have been set up for them.

Once you are ready, you can click the blue ‘Send update request’ at the top of the page.
You should see a success notification like the one below:
How to send a Mass update request
Coacha allows you to send this request on a mass scale to make this process even easier!
Navigate to People > Your Members and select 'Send update requests'
You will then be given the option to Send to Everyone, Everyone in a class or Everyone in a member group. Remember to the 'Add' button after you have chosen from the drop down list.
When you are ready hit 'Send update request' to send this to your members.
The member or parent will receive an email asking them to update their details. Once completed, their profile will update automatically, and you will be notified that the changes have been made.
