How to Lock and Unlock a Register

Coacha transforms your smartphone or tablet into a digital register while keeping everything else absolutely top-secret. 

In other words, you can lock a Coacha register so your members can sign in to or out of a class without giving them access to the rest of the software.

To do this, you just need to find the register you wish to use by heading to either Dashboard/Classes > Attendance Registers and clicking ‘Go to this register’.

 

With the register open, click the red button labelled ‘Lock register’ in the top right-hand corner of the page.
 

Doing so removes the ability to navigate away from the page to other areas of the website.

While the register is locked, your members can still sign themselves in to a class, and you’re still able to access those all-important personal notes, but all other areas are off limits until you type in your password to unlock the page.
