Coacha Front Desk is a dedicated application for your front of house sign in process. When members, clients or students arrive at your location, they can simply find their name on your front of house tablet and then sign themselves into the class(es) they are attending on that day.

How do you use the App?
To log into this app you will need to be an Admin or Club Owner. Simply fill in your Admin email and password on the sign in screen. This will sign you into the app ready for your members to start signing themselves in.
Note: This app only allows for signing in to classes for attendance. Users are unable to get to sensitive or other information from within this app.
Additionally, please be aware that Coacha Front Desk is designed to be used with your devise in a horizontal or landscape orientation.

How to use the Coacha Front Desk App.
Once your members have signed in, they will be able to search for their name by typing in the search box.
This will bring up their name and allow them to select themselves:
When selected the member will be taken to a screen showing all of the all of the classes they are due to attend that today.
Note: The app will recognise which sessions or classes the member has booked onto or been added to and only show the member those classes to sign into. If they have not booked or been added to the class, they will need to be manually added via Coacha in a web browser or book on to the class or session through the main Coacha Members App.
To mark themselves as present - the member simply taps the session they will be attended. This will change the 'select' icon to 'Attending'.
Next the member needs to hit 'Confirm' - this will complete the sign in process and show the member a confirmation screen showing that they have been marked as present for the selected session(s).
NOTE: members can sign into any number of classes at the same time - this speeds up the sign in process.
Next the member or the next person to sign in simply needs to hit 'Back To Sign in' and they will be taken back to the original member search screen.
Coacha Custom Subscribers.
If you are a Coacha Custom subscriber - you will be able to colourise and brand the Coacha Front Desk App so that it matches your colours and logo. This can help to create a great first impression when members arrive at your gym, academy or school with this personalised touch.
Logging out of the Front Desk App
To log out of Coacha Front Desk - tap the small cog icon in the bottom right of the screen.
To access this log out section you will need to re-enter your admin password.
Note: this should be the password of the person who originally logged into the app.
Once in the settings page you will be able to see app versioning and also log out of the app.
Note: You can simply close the app when you have finished using it and this will help to speed up login next time you launch the app.

Note: These apps are for tablet only and will not run on iPhone or Android Phones.
