Any time you set up a class in Coacha, the software generates a readymade register that you can use straight from your smartphone or tablet to sign people in and out of class. Clever, right?
To find a register, just click ‘Classes & Registers’ in the site’s main navigation and select ‘Attendance Registers’.
You will automatically be faced with today’s registers.
You can navigate through the 4 tabs on the screen to view Past Registers, Today’s Registers, This Week and Search.
You can search for a specific register by using the date pickers in the ‘Search for Register’ bar.
If the class did not take place for some reason, tick the ‘void’ box so it doesn’t skew your attendance statistics.
Click the green ‘Go to this register’ button to load the register that you need.
You can then use the register during a class or event to sign people in or out by clicking the ‘Add’ button under their name, taking them into the ‘Attending’ section (or using the red ‘Remove’ button or ‘X’ to remove them).
To add all the attendees in one go, just hit the ‘Add All’ button.
If you need to access contact info or medical details from this screen, you can do so by clicking the ‘I’ button on a member’s profile. That means in the event of an emergency or if you need to chase up a no-show, all the need to know information is exactly where you need it.
