Linking payment plans and classes

You can link people on a payment plan to specific classes in Coacha. This means that anyone signing up to specific plans will be automatically added to the registers for that class to be marked present or absent.

If your club has memberships linked to specific classes or sessions this feature is a great option to cut down on your admin time. 

How does it work? 

When you link classes to your membership plans, members who sign up to the plan will automatically be added to the registers going forward for that class. When someone arrives to attend you can mark them as present, or they can sign them selves in through Coacha Front Desk.

Linking Classes and Plans. 

Linking classes to existing or new plans couldn't be simpler. Here's how...

Step 1 - Go to MONEY - PLANS & BUNDLES

Here you can associate a plan with certain classes. Either create a new payment plan or edit an existing one. 

IMPORTANT NOTE! : Before associating classes and plans please be aware that when you de-link a class from a plan it will not remove the members from the class. This must be done in class settings. 

Step 1 - Tick to link the plan to specific classes 

Step 2 - Select the classes you would like to associate the plan with. 

IMPORTANT: be sure to hit 'Add' for each class you would like to associate. 

Step 3 - Hit Create this plan for a new plan or Save for a plan you are editing.

You're all set! Now when ever someone joins this plan they will be automatically added to the registers for the class you selected.
