Setting up Payment Plans and Subscriptions in Coacha allows you to automatically bill your athletes, helping you avoid missed subscription payments and saving time on manual administration.
To get started, head to Money > Plans & Bundles. Here, you will see a list of any payment plans you have already created.
Next, navigate to the Create a New Payment Plan section to begin setting up your new subscription plan.
You can now enter the details of your subscription plan. Give the plan a name, choose the billing frequency, and select the day or date you would like payments to be collected.
Please note: Payout times vary depending on your payment provider, but funds are usually paid out a minimum of two working days after the payment collection date you select when creating the subscription. This may affect which collection date you choose. Click here to read more about payout timings for each provider.
Please note: If you create a plan using Stripe and later decide to use GoCardless instead, you will need to recreate the plan and select the new payment provider during setup.
Once you are happy with the details, click Create This Plan. Your new payment plan will then appear in the list of available plans, ready to use.
Your payment plans are now ready to be sent to your members.
