Coacha allows you to take payments on a specific schedule. This will allow you to take payments based on school terms, or on a specific schedule based on your particular needs such as sports seasons, etc.
The Termly Payments system allows you to quickly and easily set up term based payment structures for the whole year.
Step 1 - Login and head to MONEY > Manage Plans
Step 2 - Select the Termly Plans tab
You will see a tab called "Termly Payment Plans". Click this tab and you will enter the Termly Payments section where you can see your current Termly Plans and also create new ones.
Step 3 - Create your Termly Payment Plan.
Either next to your Plans section or underneath them you will find a section that will allow you to create your Termly Payment Plans.
a) Select the service you would like to use to take your payments.
GoCardless for Fast Bank payments & Direct Debit or Stripe for Card only payments
b) Next, name your plan. This should be something that your members will recognise if the plan is going to be available to them.
c) Add your terms. Define the periods of time for your Termly Payments. These should be the first and last date of the term you wish to charge for. You should also specify the amount you will be charging for this period.
d) Hit the blue 'Add Term' button - then repeat the process for the next term. Note, you are able to charge different amounts for each term if this is required. Simply change the amount presented next to the term in question.
e) Does this plan require booking limits? - If you would like your members to book onto sessions, you are able to limit the amount of sessions a member is able to book as part of this plan. The system will limit the amount of sessions a member can book onto in a given term.
f) Hit 'Create Plan' and you're all set!
You have now created a Termly Plan that you can send to your members via the "New Payments" section or attach to your club sign up form.
Please Note : Plans cannot be amended once saved. Please double check your dates and values before saving. If you spot an error once the plan has been saved, you will need to delete it and quickly add it in again.
