In Coacha, you are able to pause subscription plans as well as pause individual member payments in just a few clicks.
1) - Pausing a subscription plan
To pause a subscription plan you will need to be an 'Admin' level user. Log into Coacha and navigate to:
MONEY > Manage Plans
Here you will see a full list of your subscription plans.
To pause all members on the plan - simply hit the 'pause' icon next to the plan.
You will only see the 'Pause' icon on active plans with students enrolled in the plan.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the planned payment is already processing then pausing the plan may not happen in time. To ensure the plan is paused prior to the next due payment being processed, please pause at least 3 working days prior to your payment date.
2) Pausing an individuals payments.
Sometimes you will not want to pause everyone on a plan, but just one or two individuals. You can do this in just a couple of clicks using the 'Pause Sub' option.
Firstly though, you need to find the plan that the student is on, then click the 'Students' button next to the plan.
Find the student or members profile you would like to pause and hit the 'Pause Sub' button under their details:
Once you have paused a subscription/payment, you will see the following message:
This will explain any conditions that may mean the payment will still be taken.
Hit Pause Subscription to complete the process or Cancel to go back.
It's as simple as that!
