Coacha allows you to pause subscription plans or suspend payments for individual members quickly and easily. This gives you the flexibility to manage temporary breaks, holidays, injuries, or other circumstances without needing to cancel a member's subscription entirely.
Pausing a subscription plan
To pause a subscription plan, you will need to be an 'Admin' level user. Log in to Coacha and navigate to: Money > Plans & Bundles
Here you will see a full list of your subscription plans.
To pause all members on the plan - simply hit the 'pause' icon next to the plan.
You will only see the 'Pause' icon on active plans with students enrolled in the plan. Once done this plan will be highlighted and a 'Play' icon will be displayed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the planned payment is already processing, then pausing the plan may not happen in time. To ensure the plan is paused prior to the next due payment being processed, please pause at least 3 working days prior to your payment date.
When ready to activate this plan, simply hit the 'play' button to resume the payments.
Pausing an individuals payments.
Sometimes you may only need to pause a subscription for one or two members, rather than everyone on the plan. Coacha makes this easy with the ‘Pause Sub’ option.
To get started, first locate the subscription plan the member is assigned to. Once you have found the correct plan, click the ‘Members’ button to view all members currently subscribed to it. From there, you can quickly pause the subscription for the individual member without affecting anyone else on the plan.
Find the student or members profile you would like to pause and hit the 'Pause Sub' button under their details:
Once you have paused a subscription/payment, you will see the following message:
This will explain any conditions that may mean the payment will still be taken.
Click ‘Pause Subscription’ to confirm the change, or ‘Cancel’ to return without making any updates.
Once paused, the member will remain assigned to the subscription plan but will be clearly marked with a Paused status, making it easy to identify and manage their subscription going forward.
