Setting up classes or sessions in Coacha is designed to be 'set and forget'. Once you have set the class up coacha will automatically do the rest! From these settings club registers will be generated automatically into the future.
Lets examine the step by step process for adding a new class to coacha.
Basic Information
First things first, add a name and description of your class.
Then you can enter the venue where the session will be held and select the Coach / staff members that may be conducting the session.
When will your class be on?
Next you can set when your class will run. If this class will run on multiple days then no problem, simply select the day and time that your class will be running.
Note: If you have a class that is the same but runs at different times on different days, simply set up the first one - then copy the class and add the new / different times.

NOTE: If you dont need your members to book onto sessions simply skip to adding your members to the class (next section).

Public page settings (Coacha Custom only)
You can define that you want this class to be seen on the public calendar. This setting will mean your class will be live and online for non members to see. Linked to this is the ability to open up this class as a trial. Check out our public pages guides.
Setting up trials / tasters for the Public Calendar
Add members if you want them to be in Every register without booking.
If you have members that do NOT need to book onto the session, you can add them permanently to the class.
This means that these individuals will always be included on all registers ready to be marked as present. This is excellent for clubs with no requirement for booking onto classes or classes without set class sizes.
Simply hit add members at the bottom of the first page.
Then you can search for and add your members to this class.
Note - If you have PAYG settings enabled enabled you will need to select the payment method. It is worth understanding that if you select that the member has to pay, they will be sent a payment request every tie the class occurs automatically.
To save your class - Hit CREATE and coacha will do the rest!
