If you run classes in fixed blocks or terms, Coacha makes it easy to organise and manage them efficiently. Termly classes allow you to group sessions together, keep registers organised, and manage members across a set period of time.
This guide will walk you through how to manage your termly classes in Coacha.
Voiding Classes in Term Breaks.
This is one of the most popular methods to manage breaks in your class schedule. You can void registers that fall inside the break time, and this will remove them from members' attendance and also remove them from your booking system.
To void a class, simply head to Classes & Registers > Attendance Registers and search by your break date from. Select the void tick box for the sessions that will not be running during this time.
Use the ‘Courses’ Function in Coacha.
Another way to set up your terms is to use the Courses system in Coacha.
You can define when the course runs from and to, and add classes for each of the days on which they occur throughout the term. This can be slightly more time-consuming to set up, but then you do not need to worry about voiding sessions.
In addition, Courses allow you to capture payment for the entire period or for each individual session.
