NOTE: The Coacha Store feature is included with the Coacha Custom Plan only. You will need to be on trial or subscribed to the Coacha Custom Plan in order to enabled your club store.
Before you start adding products to your store, it can be very helpful to create some Categories.
Categories help members and customers to easily find the type of product they are looking for. The better organised your store, the more likely your members are to use and buy from it.
To manage Categories head to : CLUB STORE - CATEGORIES
Here you are able to see your current categories, add new ones and change the order and hierarchy of the categories.
Adding Categories
This process couldn't be simpler.
Go to the 'Create a new store Category' section (note this may be below your category list).
Enter the new category's name.
Then select the level of the category. This means that you are able to have parent (top level) and child (next level) categories for your products.
Hit Create Category when done.
Moving your Category order
To move the order of your categories, simply click the up or down arrows in the order column. Similarly with the left / right arrows to make them parent or child categires.
Editing an existing Category
Click the cog icon next to the category you would like to edit. The detail will appear to the right of the screen and replace the New Category box for you to make your edits.
That's everything - you can now create categories for your products in Coacha.
