Adding & editing products in your store

NOTE: The Coacha Store feature is included with the Coacha Custom Plan only. You will need to be on trial or subscribed to the Coacha Custom Plan in order to enabled your club store. 

One of the primary tasks you will need to perform in your store is to Add or Add products.

We believe this should be a simple process so we have streamlined the system as much as possible to make life for you as easy as possible also.

Let's take a look at adding or editing products in the Coacha Custom Store. 

Adding a new Product

A new product can be added to your store quickly and easily. Head to the Products section and then go to the "Create a new product" panel. Note: This may be below the product list on some browsers. 

Enter the following details:

Product Code - This is a code that you can use to easily identify the specific product. 

Product Name - The name of the product that will be displayed to the customer.

Category - The category that the product will be displayed in. 

Product Variations - This section allows you to add variations of the product. This could be sizes, colours or any other aspects of your products.

In this section you can create the name of the variation, set its availability (in stock, out of stock etc). You can also use the arrows to change the order of the variations, and click on the dustbin to remove any that you no longer need.

Product Description - Here you can enter the information about the product. A good description will always help your members and customers better understand what they are purchasing. 

Product Image - Add an image of your product here. Remember to optimise the image for web and save it in a web friendly format such as a Jpeg or PNG. 

Price - This is an important one to add! The price of your product goes here. 

Status - Here you can set the status of the product. 

Pending - The product is not ready for sale yet.

Available  - The product is available for sale.

Out of Stock - The product is still live but marked as out of stock.

Archived - The product has been removed from the store but not deleted. 

Once you have added all of the product details you need to, double check everything then hit the  Create Product button.

Editing a product 

To edit a product is a very similar process to creating one. Simply hit the small cog icon next to the product you would like to edit. This will display all of the product information in the same box where you add products. This box will change to be titled 'Edit product':

Simply make the changes you would like and hit 'Save Product' When you are done. 

Managing your products 

To edit, copy and delete your product, use the actions in the product list. 

Cog icon - Edit product.

Pages icon - Duplicate product - make a copy of the product to edit and save as new item.

Bin icon - delete the product.
