NOTE: The Coacha Store feature is included with the Coacha Custom Plan only. You will need to be on trial or subscribed to the Coacha Custom Plan in order to enabled your Club Store.
When selling items in your club store you will want to make sure you are able to track how many items you have left in stock and when to order new stock to replenish your store. This guide will teach you how to track your stock levels in your Coacha Store.
Turning on Stock Tracking
Firstly, to track your stock you will need to turn this feature on. This can be done in the STORE > SETTINGS section when logged in as an Admin or club owner user.
Simply enabled the 'Stock Tracking' option and hit save.
Stock tracking will now be available on your Store Items.
Managing stock on your Store Items
Once you have enabled stock tracking you will be able to add the number of items you have in stock for a particular Store Item. This number will change as orders are made and items purchased.
To add stock numbers to your items head to your product list and click the "edit" Icon for the item you wish to add stock.
For products without variations you can add the stock value to the bottom of the Edit Pane.
For products with variations you will need to tick the box
"Stock level tracking for each variation"
This will then allow you to add stock values for each variation of the product.
NOTE: When adding a new product the process is exactly the same as when editing. For single items simply add the stock level in the product creation box - for items with variations, tick the option above and add stock as you add your variations.
Quickly seeing how many items you have left in stock of a specific product
You can quickly see the number of items left in stock for a given product in your product list. Under 'Status' you will see a number next to the status. This is the total number of the item in stock.
NOTE: When you are running low of stock on any item, Coacha will send you an email letting you know.
Thanks,
The Coacha Team
