Managing and editing your orders in any store is a vital part of your admin. In Coacha you can find all of your orders into one place, with full search functions and fast editing so that you can manage your orders easily and quickly.
Head to CLUB STORE - Orders - to find and manage your orders.
Understanding your Orders workspace
The search facility allows you to search for specific orders, or orders of a specific status. Use this section to:
- look up orders for an individual member
- look up orders of a certain status
- look up orders of a specific payment status
- look up all orders between two dates
You can also 'export' all of the orders found in your search to a CSV file by hitting the Export button.
2) Your order list
This is where the results of your searches will appear. By default all orders between the date ranges in the Search section are shown. You will see a 'View Details' button next to your orders. Hit this to edit the order status etc.
3) Order details panel
This is where your order information will appear when you click 'view details' on an order. This section allows you to change specific information on your order such as order status.
NOTE: This panel may be below your order list on some browsers.
