Coacha Navigation Explained

Coacha’s navigation menu allows you to move quickly between the different areas of the platform.

The menu is designed to keep everything organised so you can easily access the tools you need to manage your club, members, and activities.

Note: Some of Coacha's features and sections can be hidden if you are using Coacha Custom - Check out this guide on turning off and on features in Coacha custom

   

Expanding and Collapsing the Menu

You can expand/pin or collapse the navigation menu to give yourself more space on the screen.

• Click the menu icon at the top of the navigation panel

• The menu will collapse to show icons only

• Click it again to expand the full menu

This can be helpful if you are working on a smaller screen or laptop.

Moving Between Sections

To move between areas of Coacha, simply click the relevant section in the navigation menu.

The main workspace will automatically update to display the tools and information for that section.

The Main Coacha sections can be accessed by clicking on them to expand the options below the main category level. 

Understanding the sections: 

• Dashboard – View an overview of your club activity*
• People – Manage your club members, Staff members, Staff roles and more*
• Classes & Registers -  Manage and organise your classes, courses and 1-2-1s 
• Fixtures - Manage the status of team members and training teams to have selected specific individuals for matches, games, events and other fixtures.  
• Venue Bookings – Add and manage venues, sites, rooms, courts and other locations
• Money - Create, manage, view and report your club's financial features*
• Invoicing - Create and manage invoice to other business or customers 
• Public Pages - Embed Coacha public pages on to your website*
• Club Store - Create, upload, and manage your club's merchandise and orders *
• Broadcasts - Contact your members via email and SMS 
• Statistics & Reports - Generate and review report for your clubs
• More features - Manage illness/absences and your events calendar

* NOTE: These sections or features are included with the Coacha Custom Plan only. You will need to be on trial or subscribed to the Coacha Custom Plan in order to enabled your club store.
