The Coacha Workspace Explained

When you log into Coacha, you will be taken to your Dashboard. The dashboard may look slightly different depending on your role and permissions within the club. Staff members will see tools based on their access level, while members will see their Member Portal.

Understanding the Member Coacha interface

The Coacha interface is designed to give you access to everything you need quickly and without clutter.

The workspace is split into four main sections.

(1) Coacha Navigation

The navigation menu allows you to move between different areas of Coacha.

From here, you can access all the main features of the platform, such as managing members, classes, payments, and reports.

Selecting an option in the navigation will update the main workspace with the relevant information.

(2)  Main Workspace

The main workspace is where the content for each section is displayed.

When you choose a feature from the navigation menu, the information and tools for that section will appear here.

This area changes depending on what part of Coacha you are viewing.

(3) Quick Access Menu

The top-right menu provides quick access to important areas of your account.

From here you can:

• Access your profile

• Change your password or personal details

• Open club settings

• View club notifications

Notifications can include things like payments, store orders, and important updates.

(4) Help Centre

The Help Centre provides quick access to support resources.

From here you can:

• Browse the video library

• View help guides

• Submit a support request

You may also notice the blue support bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Clicking this will allow you to quickly contact the Coacha support team.

Top Tip

If parts of the interface appear hidden or difficult to see, it may be due to your screen size or browser zoom level.

You can zoom in or out to adjust the layout:

• Windows: Ctrl + or Ctrl -

• Mac: Command + or Command -
