Coacha has been designed to give you access to everything you need without clutter or fuss. Designed by designers, not developers, you will find Coacha easy to move around and quickly find what you need.
Lets take a look at how the Coacha work space and its main elements.
When you log into Coacha you will be taken to the Dashboard. This dashboard changes depending on the person logging in. For Staff, each level of access will see something different, and for members they will have their own Member Portal.
Here is the Coacha interface broken up into 4 main sections:
1) Coacha Navigation
This section is where you will find the Coacha Navigation. Use this section to find all of the various sections and features in Coacha.
2) Main Work Space
Here you'll find all of the information in Coacha being displayed for each section. When you select a section from the navigation, this area will change to show you what's in that section.
3) Quick links to your Profile, Club Settings & Club Notifications.
This section allows you to quickly get to some important information in Coach. You can get to your own profile from here, if you need to change your password or email. You can also quickly access club settings - which can also be accessed through Dashboard - Club settings.
Finally, here you will get access to club notifications. These notification will tell you about payments, orders in your club store and much more.
4) Help Centre
The help Centre provides you with links to our video library & 'How To' files. It also allows you to open a ticket with our support team.
Honorable mention!
You will also notice a Blue 'Support' Bubble in the bottom right of your workspace.
Click this at any time to open a support ticket with our brilliant tech team :)
Top Tip!
If you are struggling to see some of the Coacha interface, it may be because your screen size is relatively small and as a result it's pushing elements of Coacha around. You can zoom out a little and see how the interface changes to make it easiest to use for you.
Use Ctrl with + or - to zoom in and out on a PC, or Command with + or - to zoom in and out on a Mac.
