Your coaches may have slightly different roles and we’ve worked really hard to make that easy to manage within Coacha. For instance, your club secretary may need full access to your account, whereas your junior coaches may only need to see the athletes they teach.
Here is how you assign different roles to each coach:
Head to People > Your Members > Coaches & Admins.
Click ‘Add new staff’ or ‘View profile’ for an existing coach.
Simply select the permission level from the below drop-down. You will always have overall authority and can change/withdraw logins at any time by editing/deleting their profile.
Here is a breakdown of the different levels of access:
There are 3 levels of coach access:
- Administrator: Full access (the same as the account holder but the account holder holds the ultimate level of control). Only this role is able to export & download data.
- Coach Full: Access to all Members, Classes & Registers. No access to financials or any other club stats. They can however see attendance stats against an individual members profile as well as the classes and attendance registers they are assigned to.
- Coacha Limited: Access to Members, Classes & Registers that they are assigned to (via Classes). No access to financials or any other club stats. They can however see attendance stats against an individual members profile as well as the classes and attendance registers they are assigned to.
Once you’ve selected the role, make sure the other relevant fields are completed and hit ‘Add’.
