Feature select in Coacha Custom

 

The Coacha Custom system gives you complete control over how your Coacha platform looks and functions. It allows you to tailor the system to suit the needs of your organisation, including which features are available to your staff, members, and parents.

For example, some organisations may not hire out facilities or venues, while others may not offer 1-to-1 tuition sessions. With Coacha Custom, these features — along with many others — can easily be enabled or disabled to match the way your organisation operates.

All feature and visibility settings can be managed directly within Coacha Custom, giving you the flexibility to create a platform experience that works best for your organisation.

Note: Access to Coacha Custom branding features requires a Coacha Custom upgrade. To upgrade, log into Coacha and navigate to DASHBOARD > Club settings > Club info.

To find these controls, head to: 

DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom - 'Features' Section 

Club Notice Board - If you don't use the club notice board, simply switch it off here and it will disappear from admin, staff and member logins. 

Venue Bookings - Many clubs don't offer booking of their venue or training spaces. If you fall into this category you can now completely switch off this section. 

121 Booking - If your coaches and instructors don't offer 121s with your members, toggle this off to remove the ability to book. 

Invoicing - This feature of Coacha Custom allows you to issue invoices to organisations that you may charge for your services. Very useful for some clubs, completely irrelevant for others - control the visibility of this section to suit you. 

Illness & Absence - This illness or absence tracker allows your members to inform you of leave or reasons they are not attending for a certain period of time. You are then able to export the export all of your illness and absence data into a single report to easily see the details

Fixtures - This is the 'team selection' feature for your matches or events. 

Events Calendar - This is the stand alone, non-bookable events calendar where you can add things like socials or fixtures. If this isn't relevant or used - turn it off here! 

Club Store - Turn off or on your club store. Note when turned off this will take the live store offline. 

Public Pages - Turn off or on your public page section.
