Changing the look and feel of Coacha is easy with Coacha Custom. You are able to change the colours in the system to be in line with your club, organisation or team.
We have made colourising the whole of Coacha (including the iOS and Android Apps) as easy as possible, and also built in a full system 'reset' in case you need to start again!
Let's find out how to adjust Coacha so that it looks customised to your club.
Step 1 : Head to the Coacha Custom Control Panel
DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom.
Step 2 : Go to 'Colour Palette Section'
In this section you can change the appearance of Coacha for you, your staff and your members / parent across the web and all mobile apps.
You're able to change all of the colours found in Coacha to match yours ans you can also reset everything back to the standard Coacha Palette if you would like to start again. Let's look at what each of these colours are, and the best way to colourise them.
General Colour Palettes
These pallets control the general look and feel of some of the main sections of Coacha. They also inform how the iOS and Android Apps will look.
- Background
This is the background behind all of the modules and functions of Coacha. We recommend you keep this a light colour, light grey, white or a pastel shade of your club colours.
- Text
This is the colour of the text and wording. We recommend that you keep this a darker colour. Dark Grey, Black or a dark versions of one of your club colours is perfect.
- Navigation Background
This colour will alter the way the left hand navigation (menu) looks in the Coacha web app. This can be any colour you like and it is often a great idea to pick one of your main club colours for this section.
Note: If your logo does not have a transparent background it will look like it has a white box around it. To fix this, export your logo with a transparent background as a PNG file type.
- Navigation Text
The is text that sits over your Navigation background above. This text should be a high contrast to the Navigation background. For instance if your background is a light pastel colour, you may want to use a dark colour for this text, if your Navigation is a dark colour, you may want to use white or a light pastel colour for this text.
- Login Background
In Coacha Custom you get your own personal login page with unique colours and your own logo! The colour selected here will define the background colour of your login page.
- Login Text
This colour will define the colour of the text on your custom login page. Make sure it is well contrasted to the login page background colour you select.

Buttons & Palettes
The colours in the Buttons & Palettes section are used throughout Coacha's main interface. All of the button colours and blocks of colour you see in Coacha can be altered by changing these colours.
When selecting these colours, try to make them contrasting like the standard Coacha colours are. This will help them stick out and highlight that the buttons mean different things.
For example you may want your 'Save' Buttons to be a brighter colour than your other buttons. To achieve this make each of the colour values different in line with your club colours.
NOTE: Follow the format of the Coacha colours for best results, with colours 1,2 & 4 being brighter or strong colours and colour 3 being a more muted grey or pastel shade.

Hints & Tips
Select a colour palette that matches your business colours, but also add some shades of those colours. Things like lighter shades and darker shades will give you a greater number of options to add to your interface, and will allow you to play about with the look and feel of your club more accurately.
Note: An upgrade to Coacha Custom is required to achieve the branding in this guide. To upgrade, simply log into Coacha - head to DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom and select upgrade.
