Creating a customised welcome email.

In Coacha Custom you can customise the email that is sent to members when they join your organisaion.

This is a great way to automatically send people joining instructions, next steps, or simply welcome them in a personal way! 

To customise your club welcome email, head to : 

DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom - Welcome email section

Creating your Customised Welcome email. 

Creating a custom welcome email is very much like creating an email in your favourite email system. You can add text & format the text in any way you chose. 

You also can enter some automatic 'Tags' that will input information automatically to personalise the email to your new member, by using their first name for example.

Be sure to follow the exact format of these tags in order to ensure that they work correctly 

Example : - To add the members first name at the start of your email at ##FirstName##

Be sure to hit SAVE when you are finished. 

Note: An upgrade to Coacha Custom is required to achieve the branding in this guide. To upgrade, simply log into Coacha - head to DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom and select upgrade.
