The Coacha Custom system allows you to customise your instal of Coacha in many ways. One of these ways is to control which functionality you use and that your staff, members and parents see and get to use.
Some organisations will not rent out space at their venue for instance, while others may not allow 121 tuition.
The ability to use and see these, and more features, are all controllable from within Coacha Custom.
To find these controls head to:
DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom - 'Features' Section
Club Notice Board - If you don't use the club notice board, simply switch it off here and it will disappear from admin, staff and member logins.
Venue Bookings - Many clubs don't offer booking of their venue or training spaces. If you fall into this category you can now completely switch off this section.
121 Booking - If your coaches and instructors don't offer 121s with your members, toggle this off to remove the ability to book.
Invoicing - This feature of Coacha Custom allows you to issue invoices to organisations that you may charge for your services. Very useful for some clubs, completely irrelevant for others - control the visibility of this section to suit you.
Track & Trace - This Covid friendly illness tracker is becoming less and less used as mass testing for Covid draws to a close. If you would like to remove this from the system, even temporarily it is easy to do so here.
Events Calendar - This is the stand alone, non-bookable events calendar where you can add things like socials or fixtures. If this isn't relevant or used - turn it off here!
Note: An upgrade to Coacha Custom is required to achieve the branding in this guide. To upgrade, simply log into Coacha - head to DASHBOARD > Coacha Custom and select upgrade.
