When you introduce your coaches to your club, they’ll need their own login details. It’s your responsibility to organise these logins.
To assign a login, head to ‘Your Members’ under ‘People’ in the main navigation.
Then click the ‘Coaches & Admins’ tab.
Add a new coach/locate a current coach and click ‘View Profile’.
First, you’ll need to decide on their permission level.
There are 3 levels of coach access:
- Administrator: Full access (the same as the account holder but the account holder holds the ultimate level of control)
- Coach Full: Access to all Members, Classes & Registers
- Coacha Limited: Access to Members, Classes & Registers that they are assigned to (via Classes)
Simply select the permission level from the drop-down. You will always have overall authority and can change/withdraw logins at any time by editing/deleting their profile.
If the coach doesn’t have a login for another Coacha account, you’ll need to set the coach’s password for them and then let them know what it is. They can then log in and change it to whatever they desire.
Simply fill in the email & password field and click ‘Add’.
If the member already has a Coacha account, the system will recognize this and continue to use the password which is already set for their other login.
If they request that you change this for them, you can click ‘Generate new password’ which will trigger a password reset to their email. This is so that no one else has access to their password (and other club data) other than them.
