Coacha allows you to set your club up to handle termly classes. This is easy to achieve via a couple of methods.
Method 1 – Voiding Classes in Term Breaks.
This is the most popular method to manage breaks in your class schedule. You can void registers that fall inside the break time, and this will remove them from members attendance and also remove them from your booking system.
To void a class, simply head to your registers section
Method 2 – User the ‘Courses’ Function in Coacha
Another way to set up your terms is to use the Courses system in Coacha.
This method is ideal if:
- You do not take PAYG payments for your classes
- You know the days your class will occur throughout the term
- Your members pay for an entire term of training at the start of the term
You can define when the course runs from and to and add classes for each of the days they occur on throughout the term. This can be slightly more time consuming to set up, but then you don’t need to worry about voiding sessions.
Another caveat of this method is that you will not be able to take Pay as You Go payments on a class by class basis.
