Class Archive

Clean up your class list without losing attendance data and records, with Class Archive.

You can now archive old classes or one off events without losing attendance data. This Coacha feature is super useful for keeping your Class list nice and simple, showing only active classes. 

To use this feature, head to Classes & Registers > Your Classes

You will now see a Yellow 'Archive Class' Button which will allow you to archive a class, quickly and easily.

You will be asked if you would like to continue. Note: that this action will remove all future occurrences of the class from your registers. However, your attendance data will all be safe and sound!

To proceed, click Archive Class.

Your Class Archive and Restoring Classes

Any archived classes will be placed into your Class Archive. You can restore them at any time simply by clicking Restore. If you would like to pertinently delete the class, you can do that in this section too.

Its as simple as that!
