Import Fixtures into Coacha – Coacha

Coacha's Fixture Import feature allows you to upload multiple fixtures at once. Whether you're preparing for a new season or migrating from another system, importing your fixture list is a quick and efficient way to populate your calendar without having to enter each fixture individually.

Before you begin

Before importing your fixtures, ensure your data is in the correct format. Coacha provides a blank spreadsheet template containing all the required columns for a successful import.

Important: Do not amend, rename, remove, or reorder any of the columns in the spreadsheet. Simply populate the existing template with your fixture data before saving and uploading the file.

Download the fixture template

Navigate to Fixtures > Import / Export Fixtures and under Step One – Fixture Spreadsheets, select Download Blank Spreadsheet.

This template contains all of the required fields needed to import your fixtures into Coacha.

Alternatively, if you already have fixtures stored in Coacha, select Download Current Fixtures to export your existing fixture information.

Complete the spreadsheet

Open the downloaded spreadsheet and enter your fixture information into the relevant columns.

Ensure all required fields are completed before saving the file.

Upload your spreadsheet

Return to Fixtures > Import / Export Fixtures.

Under Step Two – Upload Your Fixtures, select Upload Your Spreadsheet and choose the completed spreadsheet from your computer.

Coacha will validate the file before importing it.

If any issues are detected, you will be notified so they can be corrected before continuing.

Import your fixtures

Once your spreadsheet has been processed successfully, Coacha will display the number of fixtures ready to be imported.

Review the summary and select Import to complete the process.

If you no longer wish to continue, select Cancel instead.

Review your imported fixtures

Once the import has completed, navigate to Fixtures > Your Fixtures.

Your imported fixtures will now be available alongside any existing fixtures, where they can be edited, cloned or archived just like fixtures created manually.
