Coacha makes it easy to manage common settings across all your sign-up forms, making it simple to keep your core requirements.
In Coacha, you can apply common settings that will appear across all of your sign-up forms, regardless of what type of form they are. In this guide, we will run through the various common settings that you can apply.
Note: The 'Public Pages' feature is only available to Coacha's Custom subscribers.
Access your Common Settings
PUBLIC PAGES > SIGN UP FORMS > Common Settings Tab
Pending Members
If you would like to approve your new sign-ups, Coacha can add your new members to a pending members list by toggling this option on.
Photographic Waivers
If you use photographic consent waivers, you can manage them here. By default, the waiver applies to members under the age of 18, as this is the most common requirement. If you also need to collect consent from adult members, simply enable the Over 18s option by selecting the relevant checkbox.
Gender
If you need to collect sex or gender information from your members, for example, to meet the requirements of a governing body or simply for your own records, you can enable this feature in Coacha.
The system allows you to create and manage your own list of gender options, giving you the flexibility to collect the information that is most relevant to your organisation. You can add as many gender options as you require, ensuring your registration forms reflect your club's needs.
Custom Medical Information
Coacha includes a set of standard medical fields as part of every member profile. If you need to collect additional medical information specific to your organisation, you can create custom medical fields in this section.
Any custom medical fields you add will appear alongside Coacha's standard medical questions, allowing you to capture all the health information you need during registration and on member profiles.
Enable Google reCAPTCHA
To help protect your sign-up forms from spam and automated submissions, Coacha includes support for Google reCAPTCHA.
When enabled, visitors completing your registration forms will be asked to complete a simple verification check before submitting their details. This provides an additional layer of security and helps ensure registrations are submitted by genuine users.
To enable reCAPTCHA, simply tick the Enable Google reCAPTCHA checkbox in the Other section of your sign-up form settings.
Always remember to hit SAVE - to save your settings once you have set them up.
