Managing Common Settings on your Forms.

In coacha you can apply common settings that will appear across all of your sign up forms, regardless of what type of form they are. In this guide we will run through the various common settings that you can apply.

To access common settings head to:

Pending members

 To have new sign ups added to your pending members list, enable this option. 

Photographic waivers

If you have photographic waivers and associated rules you can control these settings in this section. By default the waiver will work for under 18s which is the most common use case, but you can also enable this for over 18's by checking the relevant tick box. 

Gender

If you would like to collect sex or gender information on your members (for your governing body for example) or for your own records, you have the option to do so. You can create as many different genders as wish:

Custom Medical Information 

Coacha's standard forms include medical information requirements, but sometimes you may need a little more specific information. If you require more specific medical data, you can add medical specific data here which will appear next to the Coacha standard medical fields. 

 

Always remember to hit SAVE - to save your settings once you have set them up.
