Creating a Custom Form for one of your Courses

This feature is designed to help you if you need bespoke sign up forms for your courses. Using this feature you can create a custom form and assign it to courses so that when someone signs up they will be asked to input information which is specific to that course. 

Head to Public Pages > Sign Up Forms.

Then select the 'Create New Course Form' tab:

Once selected, you can start to build your form. 

The main difference between this section and the custom form section is that here you will be asked to select which courses this form applies too. 

Firstly, fill in the name and description. Then use the course selection to select the course(s) that this form applies to. Be sure to hit ADD after each selection to lock it in. 

You can then go through the form adding your custom information as per this guide. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: You will not be able to add pricing or add members to classes from this form. This is because the form is tied to courses not classes.

Also, the course pricing will be charged to people signing up to a course through this form.
