In coacha you have the ability to create a number of different club sign up forms. These can be forms to onboard new students, or forms for specific courses. In this guide you will learn about the custom forms section and how to manage the forms.
To find the Sign-up Forms Manager, head to :
PUBLIC PAGES > SIGN UP FORMS
In this section you can create and manage all of your sign up forms and information common to them.
At the top of the section you will see a number of tabs:
Form List - this is a list of all your existing sign up forms and their statuses.
Create a new sign up form - allows you to create a new sign up form for your club, with it's own fields, waivers and response email.
Create a new course form - will allow you to create a specific sign up form for your courses. If you have special waivers, information or instructions for specific courses, use this section and customize your onboarding.
Common settings - these are settings that will be common to, and appear on, all of the forms you create. Things like Photographic Waivers, Gender Fields and so on.
Your Form List
In your form list you have a number of functions that allow you to manage your existing forms:
1 - NAME - the name that you have given the form.
2 - TYPE - the type of form that has been created. This could be: a Standard Form (System Form); a Custom Form (one you have created); or a Course Form (one that is relevant to a specific course).
3 - STATUS - use the toggle to turn each form in your list on or off.
4 - DATE CREATED - ate you created your form.
5 - FUNCTIONS - in this area you have a number of functions to help you manage your forms a little faster and easier.
Preview - will launch the form in a new tab on your browser to allow you to see how it will look to members.
Copy Link - will copy the URL of the form to your clipboard so you can send it to people, embed on your website or use on social media.
Settings cog - allows you to edit the settings of an existing form.
Copy / Duplicate icon - allows you to duplicate an existing form so that you can use its settings in a new form.
Bin - delete the form.
Check out our other guides on how to create a new form and how to apply common settings.
