You can create, save and edit email broadcast templates in Coacha. These email templates are an excellent way to speed up sending standardised emails from your organisation. Simply create and save your template, then use it when needed directly in your new broadcast.
To create and manage broadcast templates head to:
Broadcasts - Broadcast Templates.
Creating a new Template
The first step is to create a template for use on your broadcasts. Hit the New Template button to get started.
Name : This is the name of the template. Use a name for the template that will be easily identifiable when adding. The name of the template will not be presented to the recipient.
Subject : This is the subject line of the Broadcast. This is the subject the recipient will see when they receive the broadcast.
Body : This is the content of your Broadcast. You will be able to stylise and adjust your broadcast in this section. You can also use Predefined 'Tags' to automatically add the member name to the broadcast when you send it.
NOTE : You can add attachments when you go to send the broadcast.
Once you are happy with your template - Hit Save.
Managing your templates
In the templates section you will see a list of all of your current templates. From here you can manage your templates. Editing, replicating (if you have another standard email that is similar) and deleting templates is all done from here:
You are now all set to use templates in your broadcasts.
