Coacha allows you to create, save, and edit email broadcast templates, making it quick and easy to send consistent, professional communications from your organisation.
Broadcast templates are ideal for regularly used emails, helping you save time while keeping your messaging standardised across your staff, members, and parents. Simply create and save your template once, then select it whenever you create a new broadcast.
To create and manage your broadcast templates, navigate to: Broadcasts > Broadcast Templates.
Creating a new Template
The first step is to create a template for use on your broadcasts. Hit the New Template button to get started.
Name : This is the name of the template. Use a name for the template that will be easily identifiable when adding. The name of the template will not be presented to the recipient.
Subject : This is the subject line of the Broadcast. This is the subject the recipient will see when they receive the broadcast.
Body : This is the content of your Broadcast. You will be able to stylise and adjust your broadcast in this section. You can also use Predefined 'Tags' to automatically add details such as member name to the broadcast when you send it.
NOTE : You can add attachments when you go to send the broadcast.
Once you are happy with your template - Hit Save.
Managing your templates
In the templates section you will see a list of all of your current templates. From here you can manage your templates. Editing, replicating (if you have another standard email that is similar) and deleting templates is all done from here:
You are now all set to use templates in your broadcasts.
