Sending broadcasts to members in Sessions or Courses

Sometimes you may need to send broadcasts to everyone in a specific class from a specific day, others to everyone booked onto a course. Coacha makes this process simple and easy to do.

Lets look at how to use this feature.

Head to  BROADCASTS - NEW BROADCAST

Fill in the content of your broadcast and which service you would like to use (email, SMS or both) and then head to step 2 where you can add your recipients. 

Send to everyone in a class, course or session

This option allows you to send the broadcast to everyone that is permanently added to a class or session.

When in the 'Add recipients to this message' section:

• Select the class or course in the 'From Class' dropdown that you would like to send the broadcast to. 
• Hit ADD to add everyone in that class to the broadcast.

You can add as many classes as you like, simply select them and hit add each time. 

(Note - this option will ONLY send to people permanently added to the class in class settings. Ad hoc bookings on classes will not be included in this broadcast.)

Send to everyone on a specific class or course

This option is great if you have bookable classes, it will allow you to send a broadcast to everyone that has booked onto a specific class in the timetable. 

• Select the Date of the Class. 
• Then select the class you want from the list of classes happening on that day.
• Hit ADD - to add all of the members from that specific register to the broadcast.

(Note: you can combine any number of classes and courses into a single broadcast. You will see all of the people included in the broadcast in the summary section and will see the class tags listed under your selection boxes.)
