When using GoCardless in Coacha, you can automatically retry taking any payments that have failed on their first attempt. There are however charges applied by GoCardless themselves to each time a retry is attempted and is this is their standard transaction processing fee per retry.
GoCardless Retries are turned off by default, so you will need to enable this feature if you want retires to take place automatically.
To help you make an informed decision about how many automatic retries you would like the system to make, we have developed tools to help you control them.
To manage your retries head to : MONEY - SETTINGS
In the GoCardless section you are now able to select if retries are turned on and how many you would like the system to make before a payment fails.
Select None to stop automatic retries (default setting).
Select 1, 2 or 3 for the number of retries you would like the system to make.
Remember to hit 'Save' and you're all set.
Please note: Coacha's Automated Payments Feature fee is only applied once on the initial payment attempt, and not on any retries. All retry fees are charged by GoCardless directly.
