Accessing and Understanding Your Club Stats

Coacha’s Stats facility pulls information from the software to give you an idea of how your club is performing in an easy to read format. From finances to attendance, this section is packed full of handy information that will let you see at a glance how your club is doing.

Simply head to ‘Statistics & Reports’ in the main menu & take a look around.

You’ll see all sorts of stats surrounding money, attendance, popularity and so on.

You can even export a report of some of the stats by clicking below.

 

General Club stats will give you info on club members, new members and lapsed members.

 

The Attendance section gives you info on the best attended classes, member groups and members in general.

 

The Members section gives you info on the age ranges of your members, member group stats and how many members are active.

 

The Finance section gives you an overview of monthly income and how it’s split between the types of payment you take.

 

Active Subscriptions also shows you how many plans you have active.
