If you have a direct debit running with your club through GoCardless, you are able to update your bank details if you switch banks using the following method.
Log into Coacha on a computer browser by heading to https://my.coacha.app
When you have logged in - head to the 'MY MONEY' section
Here you will see the option to change your bank account if you have a GoCardless plan (mandate) with the club.
Hit the change bank account button and read the pop up carefully.
Hit 'Change bank details' if you are happy to proceed with the changes.
Inactive or new plan
If your plan is not active or is new and no payments are due the transfer to the new bank will happen within 3- 5 working days. While this change is occurring please do not cancel or amend the bank change.
Active plan
Changing an existing mandate takes into account any payments that are already due or going through, so takes a little more time to complete and can take up to 10 working days. When you change your bank details, we will cancel your existing mandate and transfer any subscriptions you have to your new bank.
Please do not manually cancel your existing mandate or subscriptions before the process has completed.
NOTE : The club will be informed of any changes you make to your banking and mandates.
