Member groups are used in Coacha to segment your members into specific groups. For instance you may use the member groups function for teams, grades, skill levels, or types of membership.
Adding your members to their member groups en-mass has never been easier. Coacha allows you to select multiple people from your member list, adding them into your member groups at the same time.
Let's look at how you can mass add your members into member groups.
Head to the Member groups section under People.
In this section you can create a new member group or edit an existing one. In the member group list there will be one of two possible buttons present. Manage members or Add members.
Manage Members - Here there are already members assigned to the member group, you can see all your members, add and remove them.
To remove people from the member group, simply hit the 'Remove' Button.
To add new members to the member group - hit the 'Add your members' button.
Add members - if there are no members in the group at the moment you will see the below screen. Simply click or tap Add your members to begin selecting members for the member group:
Adding new members to a member Group.
In the 'Add members' section you will see all of the members in your member list.
You can search for specific members or simply scroll through the list to find the members you would like to add.
To select a member for adding to the member group, simply click on their photo or on the 'Add' button.
Any selected members will be highlighted:
Top tip! - Use the page size selector at the bottom of the page to increase the number of members you see per page, allowing you to quickly scroll your member list to find the right people:
IMPORTANT: when you have selected all of the members you want to add the member group make sure your hit the SAVE button!
You will then see all of the members in that member group. If you have a lot of members in a group you can use the search function to find specific members in the group.
Thanks!
The Coacha Team.
