NOTE: Coacha's Store feature needs to be accessed from a web browser. It is not yet available in the Apps.
ALSO NOTE: Not all organisations will have their own store enabled. If you can't see your organisation's store when you log into Coacha, they will not have yet set up Store Feature. Please talk to your club owner / coaches for information on purchasing goods.
To buy products from your club, you will need to log in with your Username and Password on a web browser.
Head to http://my.coacha.app
Select your region and then log in.
Go to 'Store' tab on the menu to the left
Here you will see two sections:
Browse & Buy - This is where you can see and purchase all of the products available to you.
Orders - here you can see your previous orders and their statuses
Buying products
Head to the Browse and Buy section to purchase products from the store.
The process of purchasing your products couldn't be simpler!
Step 1 - Add the products you would like to purchase to your order by simply selecting 'Add to basket'.
Products may have variations like size or colour, so you will need to select the variation you would like to purchase before adding the item to your order.
You will see your products appear in the Checkout summary to the right of the screen.
Note: this panel may be below the product list on some browsers
Step 2 - Check your selection and pay
If you are happy with your selections simply hit 'Place Order & Pay'.
This will place your order with the club.
Viewing the status of your orders
To view your existing orders and to see their status, head to the 'Orders' section in the Store menu.
Here you will be able to view both your outstanding and historic orders.
That's everything you need to buy products from your organisation!
