Paying fees to your club is a really big part of what Coacha has been designed to do. There are a couple of ways that you can make payments.
1 - Payment request emails (no login required)
One of the most common ways to pay your fees is to use the Payment Request Email which is an email that is sent to you by the system. This email is either created:
- by the club admin (in the case of a one off payment request or a subscription plan set up)
- or as a result of you booking onto a class or course that requires payment
This email allows you to pay fees without the need for you to have a Coacha login. Simply click the link on the email and then enter the code from the email when prompted. Follow the payment steps and you are all done!
2 - Payment through your Member Portal Login
For this option you will need to make sure you have a login to the Member Portal for the club you wish to pay. You can also check and see any outstanding fees you may have (and pay them), and download receipts by logging into the member portal.
NOTE: you are not able to pay outstanding bills via the iOS or Android phone apps. This must be done on a web browser login.
Step 1 - Log into Coacha by going to http://my.coacha.app
Step 2 - Head to 'MY MONEY'
Step 3 - In this section you will see any outstanding fees you have, and a total at the top of this box. You can pay individual fees or the whole amount in one payment. Just hit the Pay Button then follow the steps to complete payment.
That's everything! Paying your club couldn't be simpler!
