Booking a Session or Class through Coacha's Mobile Apps.

One of the easiest ways to book a class or session at your club is to use the iOS or Android App. These apps make it super simple to book a session in just a few taps on your screen.

Step 1 - (NOTE: You will need an active Coacha login with your club to do this.)

Ensure you have downloaded the app from the iOS or Google Play app stores (you can find the apps here: https://www.coacha.co.uk/Features/iOS-App-Android-App)

Once you have the app installed, simply follow the instructions to login.

Step 2 - Once you have logged in to the app, you will see the option on your dashboard to book a session. Tap this button and you will be taken to the Session / Class / Event Schedule.

Step 3 - Select the session you would like to book by tapping on it. This will drop down the sessions description and show you the Book Button. This button will only appear on sessions that your club has allowed you to book onto.

Step 4 - Tap 'Book'. You will then be presented with booking payment options. Simply select the payment option you would like to use. 

IMPORTANT! - If you select to pay online by card or GoCardless make sure you check the email address you are registered at your club with, as this is where the payment link will be sent for you to authorise the payment. You cannot pay for sessions directly through the app itself. Once you have booked, head to your email and then tap on the payment link. Now you're all booked up! 

Managing your bookings through the Coacha Apps. 

You can view or cancel your bookings directly in the Coacha app. 

Simply head to 'Manage Bookings' tab at the bottom of the club schedule. This will allow you to see all bookings for today, the next 7 days and the next month. 

To Cancel a booking hit the 'Cancel' icon next to your booking and confirm the cancelation. 

NOTE: Some clubs will enforce a cancelation policy (usually related to how close to the session you cancel) and they may expect you to pay still. Please check with your club for their policy.
