This guide will help you to log into Coacha on your mobile or using a web browser. It will also help if you are not able to log in to the system for any reason.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have any problems with logging into Coacha, this document will address 95% of them.
If it doesn't, then your club owner or admin is your first point of call as we at Coacha HQ have limitations on what we can do on behalf of a club. If there is anything they are unsure about they will contact the Coacha support team directly.
First things first!
Before you can log into Coacha you will need to be a member of a club that uses Coacha. You can sign up to your club's Coacha account through their Club Sign Up Form. Simply ask the club owner to send you a link to their unique sign up form.
Alternatively the club may have added you manually, in this case you will need them to provide you with your temporary password in order to access your account.
NOTE: As a member (or parent) you should not sign up to Coacha itself as an Organisation Owner / Senior Admin, as this will create a whole new version of Coacha entirely in your name! All you need to do is to login to Coacha at http://my.coacha.app using your email address once you have either completed their unique club sign up form or they have added you in to the system themselves manually and given you a password.
Logging into Coacha
You can log in to Coacha on any device, from your mobile, to your tablet, to your computer. Coacha is available through any web browser and also through our dedicated iOS and Android Apps.
Logging in through your web browser
You can use a web browser on any device to log into Coacha and get the full coacha experience.
Head to http://my.coacha.app Then select the correct region for your club by clicking on the flags above the sign in form.
Then, fill in your email address and password. Hit SIGN IN and you will be able to access all of Coacha's amazing features.
NOTE: If the club uses our 'Coacha Custom' product, they may have a unique log in page. They will make this available to you if this is the case but you will always be able to log in on the above URL too.
Logging into Coacha with the iOS and Android Apps.
You can also access the most frequently used features of Coacha through our dedicated Android and iOS apps.
These apps give you a slightly stripped down experience of Coacha but allow you to perform all of the major tasks you need to.

Alternatively, follow the steps below:
Step 1
Search for "Coacha" in the iOS or Google play app stores and download the app to your device.
Step 2
Open the app and select your region.
Step 3
Enter your email address and password
Step 4
Create a pin number for quick access to your account in the future.
Step 4
If you have multiple siblings or linked accounts, next you will be asked to select which account you would like to access
Step 5
Sign in! You are now all set to use the iOS / Aandroid Apps.
NOTE: If the club uses our 'Coacha Custom' product, colours and branding of the apps willl change after first sign in to the colours and branding of the club itself.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password please hit the forgot password link under the sign in form.
This will send you an email allowing you to reset your password for your Coacha account.
NOTE: Passwords must be a minimum of 8 Characters long, with at least 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 special character.
Important FAQ's and Common Login Problems.
1. Coacha says my account is 'disabled'?
This message can appear for a couple of reasons. Firstly, you may simply have not been accepted by the club admin yet. When you sign up you are classed as a 'Pending Member' for the club to accept. If you have not received a welcome email from the club, this is usually the case.
It could also mean that the club has not allowed login on your account.
In both cases, please contact your club admin/primary contact and ask them to 'enable your login'.
2. I can log in but can't see all of my children?
Sometimes you can log in but are unable to see all of the individuals you are linked to. This means that 'Allow Login' isn't enabled by the club on one or more of your linked individuals (usually children).
In this instance, please contact your club admin/primary contact and ask them to 'enable your login' against each person you are linked to.
3. I have tried to reset my password but it won't let me?
If you are trying to reset your password but you receive an email explaining that you cannot, you will need to contact your club owner/primary contact. This message usually means you either do not have an account set up in Coacha, or that your account has login disabled for some reason. Your club owner will be able to enable login or create an account for you.
If you simply cannot create a password when asked, it is usually the case that you have not fulfilled the requirements of the password security.
Passwords need to be 8 characters long as a minimum, with at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number and 1 special character included.
If you have any problems with logging into Coacha, your club owner or admin is your first point of call. If there is anything they are unsure of they will contact the Coacha support team directly.
