Signing up to your club

When your club (or a club you would like to join) is using Coacha, you will need to use their club sign up form. 

This is a link to a web address that the club will provide to you (if they have selected to use their sign up form). The form asks for information from you that the club needs to allow you in to Coahca, and helps you to join the club itself, or if you're already a member, to book on to their classes or sessions. 

The Club sign up form is very self-explanatory, so just work your way through filling in the various fields. You will note that some fields are compulsory fields that require your input. 

Important information.

There are a few things you can do to make sure your sign up is correct.

Signing up a child to a club.

If you are signing up a child to the club, you will need to make sure that your details are only entered into the NOK section. This is very important as it will help the system to grant access to the right people.

Please do not put your email address in the child's email field - only add it to the NOK email field.

Multiple Siblings

If you need to sign up multiple children, simply fill the form in for each child and put your email into the correct place again. You can have any number of children listed in Coacha for any a club(s).

NOTE: You will not be asked to enter a new password for each child and they will all be accessible through your individual login.

Completing your sign up.

At the end of the sign up form there may be the ability to set up a password. (Some clubs will not allow you to set up a password on your form though so don't worry if its not there)

NOTE: you will need to enter your names and other details before the password box will appear as we check that you don't have an account already. 

Be sure to tick the relevant terms and waivers for both the system and the club in order to complete your sign up. 

Once you hit the submit button - wait for it to complete before leaving the page. 

The club will need to approve your sign up before you can gain access.
