In Coacha you can add different type of notes to a members profile. These notes allow you to communicate with the member, your coaches or to record safeguarding information about a child or vulnerable adult. Lets look at the notes system in your member profiles.
Where to find your Profile Notes?
Navigate to PEOPLE > Your members (athletes etc) > Find the member you would like to edit.
Hit "VIEW PROFILE"
Once in the members profile, find the "Notes" tab in the lower half of the member profile.
(please note on some screen resolutions the Notes section may be below the Medical Notes section)
Types of Notes
"Member" notes : These are notes that will be visible to the member or NOK. You can use these types of notes to inform members about areas of their skill they may need to work on, or any other information that you would like to allow the member to see.
"Coach" Notes : These notes are aimed at helping your coaching team and will allow you to share information on the member with all of the coaching team. For example, they may need to be made aware of something at the next session or for future instruction. Great for helping to maximise the effectiveness of coaching teams that may not hand over in person. These notes are not visible to the member on there login, but are downloaded if the member wishes to download their information ('Right of Access' as part of GDPR compliance).
Safeguarding Notes : These are notes that are hidden from the member and are not downloadable by the member or NOK. They are secure notes to highlight any safeguarding considerations with the member. These notes can be downloaded in the "Custom Reports" section of Coacha should the need arrise.
Moving Notes
You can move notes from the Member status to the Coach status if you need too. Simply use the move button on the note to move between these two states. Safeguarding notes are kept separate from this capability due to their sensitive nature.
When you have added your note, hit save on the profile.
