Most clubs have a wide variety of non-bookable events that happen throughout the year. These could be social get togethers, charity events, fixtures or big competitions. In Coacha you can record these events so that they appear in your members & Coaches Calendars.
This feature is found in MORE FEATURES > EVENT CALENDAR
To add an event to the calendar couldn't be simpler.
STEP 1 ) go to the CREATE NEW EVENT panel.
Here you can enter all of the details about the event.
1) Event title - the name of the event
2) Description - describe the event in question, this will appear for members when they hover over the event.
3) Add time and date - when will the event take place? There is also an All Day option for events that are happening throughout the day.
4) Add a URL - If you would like your event to link out to a specific website, for instance to book a place at a competition or similar, add the website link here.
5) Add directions - This area can be used to explain the location of the event or the directions for when arriving at the venue.
STEP 2 - Click CREATE
Once you have created the event it will be visible to your members in their browser 'Member Portal' and will be added to your event calendar in list format.
