Enabling required payment on PAYG classes

This feature allows you to require payment from members booking a PAYG class before the booking is held. 

When a member books a class and is asked to pay, the booking will not be confirmed until payment is made, and will be cancelled if payment isn't made within the defined timescale. Lets take a look at how to set this up!

STEP 1 : Enable this feature in Classes

This feature can be found in your class settings. If the class is a pay as you go class and is bookable, you will now see the option to enable "Online Payment Required"

Use this option if you want to require payment before your class. 

STEP 2 : Set your time limits

Members will be given a certain amount of time to pay before their space is lost in the class and is made available to other members again. You can define this in your Club Settings Page.

Go to : Dashboard > Club Settings > Club Settings Tab

Then define the time a member will have to pay their class fee.

Remember to hit SAVE once you have entered your time limit.

IMPORTANT : - If you enable prepaid or cash payment methods in the class settings, these features will not cancel the members booking after the alloted timescale. Online online payment PAYG class bookings will be cancelled.
