How to Purchase Textlocal Credits

*Please note - Even though the finances in this section are displayed in GBP(£), the user guide applies to the EU & USA also.*

Textlocal is a service that allows you to send bulk SMS messages, for as little as 2.5p per textyou’re your athletes and their parents directly through Coacha.

Log into Coacha, head to ‘Broadcasts’ then ‘SMS integration’ in the main navigation.

Here you’ll see a breakdown of your remaining Textlocal credits, and the number of SMS’ you’ve sent in the last 30 days. To purchase more Textlocal credits, click the blue ‘Get more credits at Textlocal’ button.

This will take you to the Textlocal website, where you’ll be asked to log in using the email address and password you entered when you signed up.

 

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see the Textlocal dashboard. In the top-right hand corner will be the number of Text Credits you have left to use. Click the dark blue ‘Buy’ button to purchase more.

You’ll then be taken to the following page to choose the number of credits you wish to buy and fill in your payment details.

When you’ve completed your payment, your credits will automatically be updated and ready to use in Coacha.
