Coacha offers great payment support and allows you to set up and assign subscriptions to your member profiles. Gone are the days of being puzzled over who owes what – all the need to know information is right in front of you on your Coacha dashboard.
To create a subscription, head over to the “Money” section in the main navigation and select “Manage Plans”.
Unfortunately, you can’t amend a subscription once it’s been set up & members are attached to it. If you need to alter the amount of a subscription, you’ll need to cancel everyone on the plan and set it up again. This is for data security reasons.
If the plan isn’t attached to any members yet, click the settings cog next to the plan and edit in the section named ‘Edit payment plan’.
To delete a plan, make sure all members are cancelled first. Then click the rubbish bin icon next to the plan.
The system will ask if you’re sure. Just click ‘Delete subscription plan’.
