If you have any additional committee members/coaches/assistant coaches within your club, you can grant them access to your Coacha account and assign them their own designated login at no additional cost.
This will allow them access relevant medical information, emergency contact details and coaches notes that have been added to your member profiles, should they need them.
To view your coaches, go through the main navigation and to ‘People’ and then ‘Your Members’.
When the page loads, you will see a list of all of the members within your club. Head to the ‘Coaches & Admins’ tab. Here you will see the coaches with access to your Coacha account.
To add a new coach, click the ‘Add new staff’ button
From here you can start adding their information into the relevant fields. You’ll need to enter their email address (which they’ll use to log into the site), as well as a memorable password that can be changed at a later date.
You’ll need to inform them of these login details so that they can gain access to their account. They can change their password as soon as they log in.
You can also insert a profile picture by clicking the camera icon next to the picture.
Then you’ll need to decide what level of access this member of staff has by clicking one of the options under Permission below.
Here is a breakdown of each user role:
- Admin – Has full access to all features within Coacha. Ideal for Co-Directors, committee members or management level coaches.
- Coach Full – Has access to all Members, Classes & Registers only.
- Coach Limited – Has access to only the Members, Classes & Registers they are assigned to.
Last but not least, move onto the ‘Data & Documents’ tab, where you can upload details of any qualifications, first aid certificates, and DBS checks so that they’re at hand if ever they’re needed.
To upload a document, just click the green ‘Upload a document’ button, and find the file on your computer. Then click ‘Open’ to begin the upload. All the uploaded documents can be viewed by flicking over to the ‘Uploaded’ tab.
From within this tab, the coach can also update their GDPR preferences.
When you’re finished, just hit the ‘Add’ button at the top of the screen and you’re good to go.
