End of the season and need your members to update their information? Easily send out an information request by heading to Your Members List under People in the main navigation.
Before you do this, you’ll need to have assigned members/parents logins for the Member Portal as this is where they’ll need to update their information. See a video on how to do this here.
Once you’ve found the member and are in their profile, click the grey ‘send information request’ button in the centre at the top of the page.
Take a minute or two to fill in the essential information needed and click ‘Send information request’.
The member will then receive an email requesting they update their details. Once complete, their profile will automatically update and you’ll get a notification saying they’ve updated their profile.
