If it’s the end of the season and you need your members to update their information, easily send out an information request by heading to People > Your Members.
Once you’ve found the member and click ‘View Profile’.
Before you do send the request, you’ll need to have assigned members/parents logins for the Member Portal as this is where they’ll need to update their information. See a video on how to do this here.
Click the blue ‘Send update request’ at the top of the page.
You should see a success notification like the below:
The member will then receive an email requesting they update their details. Once complete, their profile will automatically update and you’ll get a notification saying they’ve updated their profile.
